Ski and food were great, check-in experience not so, no towels or soap on arrival - the little things matter sometimes, one of us a non skier yet no kind of rebate or options just pay for the additional ski pass that sits unused in the room, 11-13 club non existent which was a real shock ' its the last week of season so its not busy', we wrote an internal review on same for the resort to respond to but at the end of the review it requests that 'If you had remarks or comments that you would like us to respond to, we invite you to write to us at with a postal address' ?

We had a blast !!! The weather was awesome , sunny all week long , 140 cm of fresh snow, perfect state ski gear and the GO team was super friendly and ready to help 24/7. We were a 6 pieces CMT music band and we'd like to thank Mathieu , he did an awesome job the all week. He was super professional, flexible and available. He cares a lot about our comfort on stage and always bring some positive vibes to the band. He's calme like a stone even when we had to mic up, 3 guitars, 1 bass , 1 keys, 4 voices and a drum kit. This was our second time at Clubmed Pragelato and we loved it just as much as last year. . From the accommodation, the food, the skiing and the wonderful staff, we couldn't find anything to complain about. We were so lucky to have the best snow of the season and bluebird days every day on the slopes! All the staff go out of their way to make sure guests have the best experience. The food is first class and the whole atmosphere provides everything you would need for a brilliant ski and apres ski experience Hugo, the resort manager, goes out of his way to be visible at every opportunity and is very approachable and helpful . The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and the individual lockers in the ski and boot room are an added bonus. I can't recommend this resort highly enough and we'll definitely be back again in the future Well done Clubmed Pragelato !!

One week of crazy and great good vibes.thanks to the staff specially Lillian/Matthieu/ Emilie/Marie and of corse Gaetan:-)/ live band make the difference here because is a real full band. You don’t have this opportunity in every club :-)Fantastic week and top snow in march/ what else?

Our stay at this club med was lovely. The food was excellent, our room was very comfortable. the skiing and guiding was excellent. I only rate it a 4 because every night the music was played on a loud speaker to the outside and we could hear it from our room until 1230 into the night. This was very disruptive to our sleep.

My 3rd time at this resort. Came back again with my daughter and boyfriend for perfect bonding experience! Great facilities and staff. Good intermediate slopes, ski-in/ski-out with dedicated cable car at front door, and one of the prettiest runs in the Alps back to the Club Med. The resort is in a sleepy town, with little interest, but Sestriere is not far away by bus.

Although the resort was clean it needs to be updated and does not measure up to other club meds. The staff was friendly and courteous, however then were clueless on may questions asked pertaining to skiing and other subjects.

Great skiing enough variety of trails and levels and mountains to keep any level skier engaged. They also have enough snow making equipment to keep many of the runs open even in low snow falls. But when it does snow it is truly amazing. It is really well set up for families. I would, however, suggest you triple check your arrangements before you arrive as the front desk is not empowered to assist in resolving issues once you arrive. The ski equipment and ski lessons were excellent, and the lockers are located close to the ski school meeting point and gondola. The food was excellent and had good variety. definitely something for everyone. There is also a fun family vibe, and I appreciated the shows. The resort team that performed was enthusiastic, and really tried to get everyone who wanted to participate involved. It was a fun, low pressure atmosphere.
